What you’ll do

• Recruit drivers, earning a bonus for every driver you bring onto the platform
• Flyer and run in-person activations on campus
• Build an invite-only members club, connecting people to free rides and tickets
• Hit user-count milestones at your campus to unlock bonus payouts
• Get first-hand growth experience with a real path to running your own market

Joining the Growth Army

This isn't classic campus ambassador stuff, brand flyers and free swag. The Growth Army is a scrappy, hyper-competitive network of growth interns working directly with Yelo's founders and growth team. No layers of management, no busywork, no bureaucracy, just real experience where you decide how much ownership you take on. Pick a track, own it, and get paid on what you produce.

Compensation

Commission-only, paid on what you produce: driver recruitment, members club growth, and market milestones. Our highest paid growth intern made $35k in commission in just 2 months.
