Don’t apply unless you’re interested in disrupting a $480B industry with a bunch of 20 yr olds.

Rideshare is a $480B industry built by a generation that does not understand how people move today. The apps are boring. The brand is nonexistent. The content is dead.

We are sitting on a virality gold mine and we need someone who understands how to leverage that.

100% of fares go to drivers, making rides 30% cheaper. Built out of a college dorm room, by 20 something year olds, backed by tier 1 VCs, on Forbes 30 Under 30. A social layer that shows you where everyone is going, a FOMO-driven feed, mutual driver matching, cash back on rides, and 16 markets live with a 500-person growth army and 500 ambassadors ready to move.

Nobody in mobility has ever had this. We just need someone to light the match.

The Core

You’re a master storyteller and you believe going viral for consumer apps is easy. You understand FOMO, UGC, hooks, and how content spreads across platforms. You do not reinvent the wheel. You study what is working, copy the structure, and adapt it to Yelo.

Virality is not an accident. It is a carefully crafted hook, script, and edit. Every video we put out should be pulled from a proven template and sharpened for our audience.

What You Will Own

Collecting and building a library of viral video templates relevant to our niche. Editing and producing content across all formats. Scripting founder videos, launch videos, and hook content. Designing slideshows, UGC reaction content, and weekend recap street interviews. Cross-posting everything everywhere and building the system to do it efficiently. Designing and engineering campaigns that get our 1,000-person army to reshare, engage, and create moments.

You will also help design product screens and features with virality in mind. If a feature does not have an answer to why someone would post this, it is not done.

This is not just a social media job. You need to know how to go viral for consumers.
